The existing problem is that for certain applications that are ajax based, there will be a lot of duplication in the cache due to having few paths with lots of key value pairs.
These entries result in extra time searching through the list in the cache, and additional work as each will result in a cache fail followed by an AM call.
Proposed solution would be to allow admins to select common parameters to ignore, and thus make the assumption that the cache entry would match. any other parameters would be sorted by keyname alphabetically
so if param2 were selected (since this varies in value) then AQ1......
and this would result in less entries, speedier lookups and less am round trips for policy evaluation.
