AM uses "Message" level logging as a high, verbose logging, whereas in the C Agent source, the logging level is set to "Warning" level.
This is confusing to anyone who uses AM/OpenAM as support tickets will commonly say "Apply message level logging", and then (even experienced) users complaining that debug is not being written, which then looks like another issue.
No messages are logged at warn level.
It would make more sense to align this with AM's usage and have All=Message (or if there are some messages which don't need to be logged at Message then have separate categories.
This occurs in 4.1.0 and 5.0.1.
Apply "All" logging.
