      Description

      There is a bug in agent4 wrt pdp repost url handling - it won't use overridden protocol/host/port values while constructing goto value.

      com.sun.identity.agents.config.override.host=true
      com.sun.identity.agents.config.override.port=true
      com.sun.identity.agents.config.override.protocol=true

      are ignored when Post Data Preservation is enabled:

      com.sun.identity.agents.config.postdata.preserve.enable=true
