Log level inappropriate when agent reconnects after its token expires

      Description

      Customers experience logging at an inappropriate level in agent system logs after the agent token expires, when it expires regularly (e.g. after an hour of inactivity).

      This causes unnecessary messages in the agent system log file.

      Zendesk 51549.

      The workaround was "increased the parameter "com.iplanet.am.session.agentSessionIdleTime" to 2880 (2 days)".
