      Contents of the 'subjects' in the response can come in any order. For example, when policy requests with 'subjects' content (as shown above) sent to OpenAM, the response may have 'AuthenticatedUsers' as nth item in the array or n-1th item in the array. As the subjects array can have logic operations (AND, OR etc), does the order of the subjects field needs to be same always?
