Memory leak while running stability run for notifications test case

      Description

      While running stability test for Notification test case via pyforge, it was seen that the heap was continuously increasing indication memory leak.

      It can be reproduce by running pyforge test case "./run-pybot.py -c perf -c perf -s notifications -n OpenAM" and setting config file with below params:
      [Stress]
      num_users = 100000
      duration = 3600
      concurrency = 40
      max_throughput = -1

      [Monitoring]
      enabled = True
      interval = 30

      [OpenAM]

      version = 14.0.0
      java_home = ${Default:java_home}
