Circle of Trust dropdown is not correct when working with a sub-realm and any of the Configure SAMLv2 Provider common tasks

      Description

      After creating a Circle of Trust in a sub-realm, go to the sub-realm then Common Tasks -> Configure SAMLv2 Provider -> Any of the four sub-tasks.

      The correct realm is shown in the Realm: dropdown but the Existing Circle of Trust: dropdown is not correct for the selected realm.

      Workaround: Toggle the realm dropdown so that the Existing Circle of Trust: dropdown is refreshed and populated correctly.
