      Description

As part of OPENAM-10497 a fix was added to stop users being able to create duplicated realm aliases. The message returned to the user in this scenario could be improved.

      Steps to reproduce

      1) Create 2 realms, e.g: subrealm, subsubrealm
      2) Set for subrealm alias = alias1
      3) Set for subsubrealm the same alias = alias1
      4) Click Save
The error message " the realm alias1 already exists" is returned to the user

This error message could be improved, it should specify that it is the alias which is causing the conflict not an alias, perhaps including the realm which is using the alias i.e
"The realm alias alias1 already exists"
      OR
"The realm alias alias1 is in use by realm subrealm"
