ssoadm fails with NullPointerException and does not terminate

      Description

      calling 'ssoadm' without any options shows the subcommands with their localized description and the following exception

      Logging configuration class "com.sun.identity.log.s1is.LogConfigReader" failed
      java.lang.NullPointerException

      Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException

      Furthermore it does not terminate. After quiting the command by issuing '^C' the following exception is thrown.

      OpenAM tools have been extracted within /var/tmp/openam954-admintools, debug directory has been set to /var/tmp/openam954-admintools/debug, logs directory has been set to /var/tmp/openam954-admintools/logs. OpenAM itself receides within /var/tmp/openam954
