Social OIDC wizards do not work when provisioning accounts locally

    Description

      Tested with AM 5.5.0-RC1

      Can register user using social login but cannot log back with this user. The error is 401 unauthorised access denied.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. As admin in Top Level Realm configure social authentication with Google or Facebook using wizard.
      2. Enable "Create account if it does not exist" in GoogleSocialAuthentication module and save
      3. Log out and login with your google/fb account.
      The account in AM is created and user is logged in.
      4. Log out
      5. Navigate to login screen and try to log in again to your account using social authentication (use same google/fb creds)

      Result: Cannot log back to your account. 401 Unauthorised error occurs.
      Expected: Should be able to login to existing account with your social login credentials.
