      Description

When OpenDJ is used as the configuration store and the suffix does not exist prior to running the configurator, the error message that appears is incorrect. The applies only for spanish localisation (the error message in english is correct). The spanish error message says (translated): "The specified user does not exist" while it should say "The specified root suffix does not exist". The english version does not distinguish between the missing parameters and reports that either user or suffix does not exist.
Also, it might be a good idea to show the error message in the level of the corresponding field, rather then at the level of "Hostname" field which is not related to the context of the message.
