      Description

Important: This bug only seems to occur in instances of AM that have been upgraded. Clean deployments do not experience this issue.

For an AM instance that has upgraded from 5.5.x -> 6.X.X - when attempting to create a user's identity (via going to the identities page and selecting to create a user) all attributes of the user are returned to be editable. The side-effect of this is that the DN field is exposed, and subsequently when the form is submitted LDAP rejects an attempt to alter the DN (rather than allow LDAP to generate an appropriate one) as if it were a normal attribute of the user.

      How to reproduce the issue

      1. Install AM 5.5.1
      2. Upgrade this instance to AM-6.0.0
      3. Login to AM
      4. Create a new user via the Identities -> New Identity interface
      Expected behaviour
You are offered the standard set of required user identity creation fields you have in the past (username, password, email(?))

      Current behaviour
All user attribute fields are exposed, including the DN.
