Trees Display Character Encoding in Settings Dropdown Menu

      Bug description

      Creating Authentication Trees with spaces in the name displays character encoding at the beginning of the name in the Authentication->Settings->Core configuration drop down menus.

      How to reproduce the issue

      1. Create a simple Authentication Tree with spaces in the name, i.e. "Tree with spaces"
      2. Save
      3. Select Authentication->Settings->Core
      4. in either of the Authentication Configuration drop down menus select the tree just created
      5. You will notice it's displayed as "i18n:Auth#name with spaces"
      Expected behaviour
      selected tree name displays "name with spaces"
      
      Current behaviour
      selected tree name displays "i18n:Auth#name with spaces"
