      Description

      If the descriptor XML's (such as the auth-module descriptor XML) would use online available XSD's instead of locally in-jar-placed DTD's, then the module development could be enhanced for the developers, since the IDE's could download the schemas and make them available to provide codecompletion features. Also the XSD's are more expressive then DTD's.
