      How to reproduce the issue

      Details steps outlining how to recreate the issue (remove this text)

      1. Create a tree with a page node
      2. Add a couple of nodes to the page node, for example username and password collector
      3.  Link the page node to the start and Failure node
      4.  Save the tree
      5.  Go back to the list of trees
      6.  Select the just created tree
      7.  select the page node
      8.  click on the trash icon
      9. an empty page is displayed

      Expected behaviour

      It should be possible to remove a page node in any case, whatever it contains, without having to remove the nodes it contains one by one

      {..}

      Current behaviour
      {...}

      Work around

      • after step 9, the page has then to be reloaded to display the whole tree again
      •  in order to remove the page node, the nodes it contains have to be removed first
