      OTPh4. Bug description

OTP Email Sender node can not be saved if SMTP authentication is not needed.

      How to reproduce the issue

      1. Edit HmacOneTimePassword sample tree and remove username and password
      2. Save the Tree
      Expected behaviour
Tree should be saved as SMTP authentication is optional

      Current behaviour
Tree can not be saved; see attached screen shot.

Note! Corresponding authentication module can be used without SMTP authentication.
