      Description

As part of my exercise to enable reuse for trees, I have captured some of the best practices.

When an inner tree is launched directly, if username is not set in shared state, prompt the user to enter a user name. This facilitates unit testing inner trees. It would be visually cleaner if this was supported by trees directly.

See the SA Toolbox for sample inner trees supporting this methodology.

I have a node with the sample trees here. Use FRDP credentials. amadmin:Frdp-2010
