Product nodes and marketplace/community/custom node cause naming clashes and prevent nodes with same name coinciding together

If a new product node is written, or brought in from the marketplace into the product, with the same name as a marketplace/community/custom node which has already been installed will prevent the nodes from being installed.

We need to allow nodes brought into the product coexist with the marketplace counterpart in the same installation so that customers can port the marketplace node instances to the new product node.

To do this we will need to add the ability to "namespace" the product nodes so they do not clash with any non-product node.
