    Description

      After installing AM, and being authenticated as amadmin, and working on ROOT realm.
      When requesting on a user endpoint to check if it exists (example : http://openam.example.com:8080/openam/json/realms/root/users/my_user)
      Then a 404 is returned

      If I create a Session Service on the ROOT realm (with default parameters), then I delete this Session service

      Then, when requesting on the same user endpoint (example : http://openam.example.com:8080/openam/json/realms/root/users/my_user)
      Then I get a 400 with the message "Plug-in com.sun.identity.idm.plugins.internal.SpecialRepo does not support operation read for type

      {2}

      "
