      Description

      Bug description

If AM is unable to create a SSL connection to the CTS due to certificate trust, it does not show up as an ERROR level event.  Rather you have to enable DEBUG logging to see it.  This is a critical error and hence is should be logged at ERROR level.

      How to reproduce the issue

      o.f.o.l.LoadBalancer: 2021-02-09 21:08:36,242: Thread[LDAP SDK Default Scheduler]: TransactionId[]
      DEBUG: Attempting reconnect to unavailable server 'CachedConnectionPool(size=0[in:0 + out:0 + pending:0], maxSize=66, blocked=0, ldapClient=LdapClient(host=ricotta.internal.forgerock.com, port=1636, protocol=LDAPS))'

=> This is only shown with "Appender" of OpenDJ-SDK is set to "Debug".

WARN: Connection factory 'CachedConnectionPool(size=0[in:0 + out:0 + pending:0], maxSize=66, blocked=0, ldapClient=LdapClient(host=ricotta.internal.forgerock.com, port=1636, protocol=LDAPS))' is no longer operational: Connect Error: The LDAP connection could not be established because an error occurred during the SSL handshake: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

      Expected behaviour
Above critical error should show up at loglevel ERRROR
      Current behaviour
You need to enable DEBUG or Message level logs to detect this error
