Loggin Level available options should be ordered in descending order not alphabetical

      Description

      The Log Level available levels under System Properties - Logging, appear in alphabetical order isn't consistent with how logging works (i.e., logging at a given level also enables logging at all higher levels with Severe the highest and Finest the lowest).
