ssoadm should build classpath by scanning lib folder

      Description

      The ssoadm utility currently maintains a cumbersome and onerous list of classpath dependencies which need to be update every time we change the dependencies.

      Better would be to instruct the script to build up this list by scanning over the jar files in the lib folder of the installation.
