Improved error message in OpenSSOConfigurator

      Description

      Users often get the non-fatal "Config Failed" response when running the Configurator which doesn't describe much about why the config failed. In the class OpenSSOConfigurator, the method postRequestToServer(…) prints the error message :

      int responseCode = conn.getResponseCode();
      if (responseCode == 200) {
          br = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(
          conn.getInputStream()));
          String str;
          while ((str = br.readLine()) != null) {
              System.out.println(str);
          }
      } else {
          System.out.println(rb.getString("configFailed")); <--- HERE
          if ((userStoreType != null) &&
              (userStoreType.equals("LDAPv3ForADDC"))) {
              System.out.println(rb.getString("cannot.connect.to.UM.datastore"));
          }
          return false;
      }

      It would be nice if OpenAM could improve the details of the error in the following ways :

      1. Change the configFailed message to “Configuration Failed. The server returned error code : ”
      2. Change the line indicated above to System.out.println(rb.getString("configFailed”) + “ “ + responseCode);
