      Description

See details at https://wikis.forgerock.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=30736723 (LoadB and LoadC)

We use tool gatling (with 10 concurrent connections) which keep looping on:
      1. Login as user.N (to request a new token)
      2. Get ResourceN
      3. Possibly Logout (LoadB only)

Playing the exact same load with Agent3 and 4, we observe significant performance degradation (about -50%) with 4.
      Potential causes are:

      • WPA4 write to cache is slower
        and/or
      • Communication with OpenAM (to request policy decision) is slower

Note that the client, OpenAM and WPA were located on the same host, using the loopback interface (therefore it's certainly not a network issue)
