      OpenAM Web Agent for IIS Server 7.5, 8.x

      Description

      When there is existing agent instance for a site and you run silent installation for the same site again

      C:\web_agents\iis_agent\bin\agentadmin.exe --s "5" "http://tom-am1.internal.forgerock.com:8080/openam" "http://site01.internal.forgerock.com:80" "/" "WPA401-vhost01" "c:\Users\Administrator\pwd.txt"

      it completes successfully (no error output), creates new instance (the older one left untouched) and in the site's web.config changes used instance in OpenAmModule.

      web.config contains after first agent installation:

      <OpenAmModule enabled="true" configFile="C:\web_agents\iis_agent\bin\..\instances\agent_1\config\agent.conf" />

      web.config changes after second agent installation:

      <OpenAmModule enabled="true" configFile="C:\web_agents\iis_agent\bin\..\instances\agent_2\config\agent.conf" />

      Now there exists 2 instances of agent both for the same site but just one is used in web.config

      Interactive installation works as expected:

      Error: this server site is already configured with OpenAM Web Agent module.
      Please try again.
