      Description

It is not possible to install AM 12.0.3 on websphere. I also tried workaround from OPENAM-6109, but it does not help.

      I tested 3 cases.

1.) Follow the steps from install guide (copy jaxp-ri-1.4.5.jsp into OpenAM)

      Observed result

AM config page appeared, but during installation I got following error:

null LDAPServiceException code=19, refer to install.log under C:/openam for more information.

2.) Copy jaxp-ri-1.4.5.jsp into OpenAM + configure JVM settings for the WebSphere server have to include:

      -Djavax.xml.parsers.DocumentBuilderFactory=org.apache.xerces.jaxp.DocumentBuilderFactoryImpl
      -Djavax.xml.parsers.SAXParserFactory=org.apache.xerces.jaxp.SAXParserFactoryImpl

      Observed result

The configuration page does not appear and I am getting

      Error 404: javax.servlet.ServletException: AMSetupFilter.doFilter

      3.) Set only JVM properties

      Observed result

The configuration page does not appear and I am getting

      Error 404: javax.servlet.ServletException: AMSetupFilter.doFilter
