      Description

      If a user has his password reset by an admin and a Password Policy in OpenDJ requires the user to reset their password, the user can be presented with the following error if their environment is setup with a site:

      {"code":400,"reason":"Bad Request","message":"Incorrect number of callbacks found in JSON response"}

      To recreate:

      1. Setup two OpenAM instances in a site with a load balancer.
      2. Setup a chain using the LDAP module.
      3. Set a Password Policy up in OpenDJ with force-change-on-reset =true.
      4. Reset the User's password to a new value.
      5. Authenticate using a REST call.
      6. Fill in data provided with old password, and new password.
      7. Once new curl request is made, user will see error mentioned above.
