Install.log doesn't contain timestamps, which block performance issue investigation

      Description

      If you install openam, it will generate a file called install.log. This file doesn't have timestamp, like we have in other log files.

      expected output

      Every logs in install.log being prefixed by a timestamp. Best would be like we do in the debug logs

      current ouput

      No timestamps before each logs, so you can tell at one time the logs were printed.
