The first time the OpenAM login page is loaded on some iOS browsers, the user is sometimes shown an error and does not see the login fields.
Steps to reproduce.
1. Install OpenAM 13 and make accessible to the iOS device over a network
2. Open a private browsing window on Safari or Chrome and access http://openam.example.com:8080/openam
3. Observe error alert on the browser showing "Unknown error. Please contact your administrator." and the login page fails to load. On reload it will work.
If it's not 100% reproducible. Keep repeating step 2.

There are no errors in OpenAM debug logs or Tomcat logs.
