OpenAM unusable when removing cookie domain value during configuration

      Description

      OpenAM 13.5.0 GUI configurator allows to remove the cookie domain during initial configuration so that host-based cookies can be used.

      However when this is done OpenAM is unusable after configuration as XUI-based authentication bails out with the error shown in the screen shot.
