Mac OS X 10.9.1 sees OpenDJ Control Panel as damaged

      Description

      At the end of the GUI setup, click the link to start OpenDJ Control Panel.

      A window opens, see the attached screenshot, indicating that Control Panel is damaged and should be moved to the trash.

      Workaround is to start OpenDJ Control Panel from the command line.

      $ /path/to/opendj/bin/control-panel &
