make-ldif and manage-task tools should not display "Loaded extension from file..." message

      Found using OpenDJ 3.0.0 revision 11675.

      1. make-ldif
        $ ./bin/make-ldif -t ./config/MakeLDIF/example.template  -o /tmp/export.ldif

      In both cases the message "Loaded extension from file..." (which is furthermore displayed on stderr) should be removed.
