ldapdelete normalizes dn in output

      Description

      Found with OpenDJ 4.0.0 rev (507c160f51c)

      Scenario:

      • we setup a server with data
      • we use ldapdelete to remove a dn
        \opendj\bat\ldapdelete.bat -h ig-robot-windows2.internal.forgerock.com -p 1389 -D "cn=myself" -w password 	
        uid=scarter, dc=example,dc=com
        Processing DELETE request for uid=scarter,dc=example,dc=com DELETE operation successful for DN uid=scarter,dc=example,dc=com
        

      the dn passed to the command contains a white space between , and dc=...
      In the ldapdelete output, this white space character has been removed.
