Remove code of (old) dsreplication tool

      Description

      With the new replication model and the dsrepl tool, we will be able to remove dsreplication tool.

      Before starting this work

      This work must start only when:

      • The dsrepl tool is created (see depends on link)
      • The dsrepl tool has a correct unit test coverage
      • Functional tests have been updated to use dsrepl instead of dsreplication
      • Other teams (AM, IDM, Cloud...) have been warned of the removal and DS docker images have been updated (if needed)

      Acceptance criteria

      This issue can be closed when code needed by the dsreplication tool (ReplicationCliMain.java is the tool entry point) is removed from the code base.
      As an additional note, having this tool removed will allow nice cleanup in opendj-cli APIs, related tasks are listed as part of the subtasks of OPENDJ-4542.
