      Description

      When a cloud bucket does not exist, running the dsbackup command gives

      ./bin/dsbackup create --backupLocation gs://unknown-bucket --backendName dsEvaluation --storageProperty gs.credentials.env.var:GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS --offline

      [25/06/2020:08:06:36 +0200] category=BACKUP seq=0 severity=INFO msg=Starting backup for backend 'dsEvaluation'
      [25/06/2020:08:06:36 +0200] category=BACKUP seq=1 severity=INFO msg=Backing up file (1/1) '00000000.jdb'
      UncheckedExecutionException(org.jclouds.rest.ResourceNotFoundException: {
        "error": {
          "code": 404,
          "message": "Not Found",
          "errors": [
            {
              "message": "Not Found",
              "domain": "global",
              "reason": "notFound"
            }
          ]
        }
      }
      )

      We should improve the way we deal the error messages coming from JClouds.
