List values after applying a setup profile

When a setup profile is applied, if you want to know what values were used (as defaults, for example) you have to look it up in the online help or the docs.

It would be nice if the setup and setup-profile commands would display the values applied for the parameters at runtime so that you don't have to guess based on what you didn't set and either --help-profile <profile> or the docs.
