Customers can't access powershell-connector sample code

Details

    Description

      Customers that haven't signed a GA or EA agreement can't currently get hold of the powershell-connector sample code from stash. See zendesk ticket 22549 for an example.

      In general it should be possible for customers that HAVE NOT signed either a GA or EA agreement to obtain code samples and build them, and also to be able to extend the product in supported extensible ways.

      Another principal says that customers should NOT have access to code that is a part of the product unless they have signed either a GA or EA agreement.

      This means that the powershell-connector sample code needs to be split out into a separate stash repository so that access may be controlled independently from the powershell-connector repo.

      I have created the following repo for this purpose (the customer needed immediate access and I couldn't raise gael or jbranch in the OpenICF room to discuss this;

      https://stash.forgerock.org/projects/OPENICF/repos/powershell-connector-samples/browse

      However, I do not know enough about the powershell-connector project to know if this is sane or not, so this bug is to hand the issue over to the powershell-connector team to ensure that these needs are met from future release in an appropriate manor.
