      Description

      After integrating with AM ... getting random errors during SSO ...

      WARNING: Header is too large >8192
      May 30, 2018 1:44:59 PM org.eclipse.jetty.util.log.JavaUtilLog warn
      WARNING: badMessage: 413 for HttpChannelOverHttp@55df9df5{r=4,c=false,a=IDLE,uri=/openidm/managed/user/forgerock?_fields=*%2C_meta%2FlastChanged}

      I think the error was addressed by increasing the limit on header size in Jetty (IDM) and Tomcat (AM) from 8k -> 10k. If so, doc as part of at least this section in the full stack sample

      Based in part on recent discussions in the #idm Slack channel, https://forgerock.slack.com/archives/C03120Q9K/p1527706462000387

      May need separate JIRAs for the AM and IG docs, for when they're integrated.
