Document Impact of schema changes on privileges

      Description

      As a result of OPENIDM-11606 we have decided that when schema changes have been made and privileges already exist, that it is up to the admin to ensure that all their privileges are still in a working state.

      OPENIDM-11614 has been created to help new privilege creation from being in an invalid state, however, this does not help existing privileges.
