      Description

When utilising a large number of tasks (~10000) in the scheduler at any one time; these are used similarly to the temporal role grants in the shipped product, performance degradation is observed in IDM.

It's observed that the scheduler takes longer and longer to create schedules as more items are added - approximately 1s more for every 1000 tasks present, which means the 10000th task would take 10s to add. This subsequently means that the performance of other IDM functions suffer from a knock on effect.
