      Description

      PyForge: PyBot/OpenIDM/testcases/functional/security/hsm/hsm.robot/user_authenticates_with_cert

      This test only fails when run with JDK 11; it passes in JDK8 job

      Exhibiting similar behavior as OPENDJ-5761

      Per that ticket's investigation, this is a known issue with JDK11

       Error message:

      SSLError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='localhost', port=8444): Max retries exceeded with url: /openidm/info/ping (Caused by SSLError(SSLError("bad handshake: SysCallError(-1, 'Unexpected EOF')")))
