Internal Server Error reported when entering double quotes into username field

      Description

      When creating or updating a username, entering double quotes into the username field causes an internal server error. For example changing a username from User1 to User1" will cause the error. This is present both in the Admin and Enduser UI. 

      Steps to Reproduce
      1. start openidm
      2. log in as openidm-admin and navigate to manage>users
      3. Add New User
      4. enter double quotes " into the username field
