To reproduce this issue,
1. Set up identity connect 3.0.1, run "sync now", both REPORTS->Overview and REPORTS->Sync Report tabs in UI work fine.
2. Enable SYNC->Sync Settings->Scheduled Updates. Select a schedule that will execute in the next few minutes.
3. Wait for the Scheduled Updates to complete execution.
4. The REPORTS->Sync Report tab show "No complete sync data available". Drill down to details, and there is "Resource path '/recon/assoc//entry' contains empty path elements". Due to browser caching, the "empty path elements" may not be immediately in effect. Logout, clear browser cache, login IC UI, both errors should be present.
Manually adding "persistAssociations" : true to invokeContext could workaround the issue.
However, the workaround would introduce discrepancy between REPORTS-Overview and REPORTS->Sync Report. "Sync Now" executes the recon twice, once with default isAnalysis (false) and once with isAnalysis (true), so both tabs are in sync. The scheduled live updates job can only execute with isAnalysis=false.
