cli.sh needs to have it's properties defined in the boot.properties

    Details

      Description

Customer was following the release notes:

      The Release Notes state in

      https://backstage.forgerock.com/docs/idm/6.5/release-notes/index.html#update-boot-properties-secrets

that "Keystore and Truststore information (such as

      openidm.truststore.type

       or

      openidm.keystore.password

) are no longer stored in

      boot.properties

. This information has been moved to

      conf/secrets.json

". The boot.properties file that ships with 6.5.0.4 also does not contain the keystore and trust store properties.

but when we look at the Integrator's Guide we find this statement:

"By default, the command-line utilities run with the properties defined in your

      resolver/boot.properties

      file."

After testing this, it is determined that cli.sh needs to be in the boot.properties. Customer just wanted to clarify if this was the right thing to do. cli.sh should have it's properties defined in boot.properties.

We should attempt to clarify this
