      Description

      When configuring an RCS:

      useSSL is no longer required in client mode.
      The usage of SSL in client mode is identified by how connectorserver.url is configured. (e.g. ws:// or wss://)

      useSSL is still required in server mode.

      The keystore and truststore are always loaded now. It is possible to have IDM and the RCS connected with no SSL and have a target system that requires SSL.
