      Description

      Customer did the following fix:

      https://bugster.forgerock.org/jira/browse/OPENIDM-15223

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) change the urlContextRoot to something different.  Example.  "/jao/admin"

      2) restart IDM

      3) Log in to IDM admin and go to Configure > Connectors and select SalesForce
      4) The URL for the browser is pointing to http://localhost:8080/jao/admin/#connectors/add

5). The fix above successfully changed the callback url when creating the connector

However, when attempting to activate a new Salesforce connector, IDM appears to still be using the default callback url instead of the custom URL.  Here is the request being sent to Salesforce:

      https://test.my.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/authorize?scope=id%20api%20refresh_token&state=provisioner.openicf_SalesforceTEST&redirect_uri=[https://localhost:8080/admin/oauth.html&response_type=code&client_id=]

Note that the redirect_uri is not pointing to jao.  It is pointing to the default URL.  We attempted to update

      admin/default/org/forgerock/openidm/ui/admin/connector/oauth/AbstractOAuthView.js

to see if that would make a change but that had no effect.  We checked on the SalesForce side and it is pointing to the correct context URL.
