Notification time/date (tested only with password reset) is incorrect in enduser UI.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start clean IDM
- Create a new test user
- Login on user and reset password (via UI or curl)
- Repeat last step 3-4+ times
Actual result:
Notification date/time is the same for all 3 password reset events.
Expected result:
Notification should have the correct date time for each password reset.
Issue can't be replicated in IDM 7.0.1.
