      Description

      Inspect protobuf messages in the RCS Agent.

      Investigate replaying "handshake" protobuf message from RCS when the single IDM instance reconnects. This interaction may be needed in other scenarios as well.

      WebSocketConnectionGroup in ICF plays a role in managing the group of connections associated with the handshake's session ID.
