      Description

We need to change the documentation here:  https://backstage.forgerock.com/docs/idm/6.5/integrators-guide/#chap-scheduler-conf

      Section 18.3 reads:

To prevent DST from having an impact on your schedules, either use simple triggers or set the time zone of the schedule to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). UTC is never subject to DST, so schedules will continue to fire as normal.

After troubleshooting a related issue, it appears even though the docs state to utilise the UTC timezone parameter within scheduler config, it doesn't in-fact resolve DST causing an hour's time lapse issue with schedules. We should just recommend that simple type schedules are utilised only.
