Regular end users authenticate using the Identity Connect admin console. This process is working as expected.
The Business Use Case is to email the End User along with community URL which contains a specific dynamic location.
Customer has different URL for their Salesforce Org compared to community.
The problematic area is when the end user hits the community URL, as they don't have a valid session, they are redirected to Identity Connect admin console for authentication. After passing the AD credential, authentication process is successfully done and it redirects to Salesforce internal org URL Not the community one.
